Location: Miami, OK
Pay: $11+/HR depending on experience
Schedule: Shifts start between 7am-9am depending on the department you are assigned to. There is not a set end time, but shifts are normally 8-10 hours per day. Must be available to work any day of the week.
Positions Include:
Dumpline -
This position involves agricultural labor in the mushroom growing process. It is a fast-paced role where workers assist in handling materials, operating equipment, and preparing the growing beds or compost required to yield fresh mushrooms.
- Process Flow: Moving products or materials down the line, which can involve handling compost, preparing growing trays, or processing the harvest.
- Line Operations: Working collaboratively on production lines, which may also cross over into general packaging, inspecting wrap, or stacking cartons.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of the agricultural and processing machinery.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintaining clean work areas and adhering to agricultural and food processing standards.
Watering -
A Watering/Disease Control Technician supplies exact amounts of water to mushroom beds and controls pests. The role requires managing moisture levels to maximize crop growth while strictly following safety and agricultural rules
